Turkey with vegetables, cashews and rosemary honey
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 turkey breast
- 1 purple onion
- 500 g of broccoli
- 20 g of peeled cashews
- 4 dates
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary honey
- Soy sauce
- Flour
- Oil
- Salt
HOW TO PREPARE THIS DISH STEP BY STEP
- First, peel the onion, cut it in fine slices. Separate the broccoli into small twigs, wash them and dry them well with paper towels. And finally, sauté the broccoli sprigs in a non-stick pan with a thread of oil for 5 about minutes.
