Our range of products is made up of four lines, each of them with different varieties. Jardines de la Alhambra is a unique and exclusive honey, of limited production for the most demanding palates. Oroney is our line of organic honey, obtained from natural and wild places that highlights our commitment to the environment. Emir is made up of exclusive and delicate honeys for the most expert gourmet who appreciates purity and authenticity. Finally, Henrys is our most affordable honey. A healthy product for everyday use with various varieties, such as acacia honey, orange blossom honey, forest honey, eucalyptus honey, flower honey, lavender, lemon, mountain honey, rosemary honey or thyme honey.

DETERMINATION AND CONTROL OF VARIABLES OF BOTANICAL ORIGIN AND PROCESS TO ENHANCE THE ANTIBACTERIAL, HEALTHY AND GENERAL INTEREST PROPERTIES OF SIERRA NEVADA HONEY

The general objective of this project is to enhance the functional properties (antimicrobial, antioxidant and prebiotic) and differentiated quality (nutritional and organoleptic) of multifloral honey from Sierra Nevada, to achieve a new line of high-end honeys with beneficial properties. for health, thanks to the monitoring of the hives located in the Sierra Nevada Natural Area -ENSN- (made up of the Natural Park and the National Park of the same name) using 4.0 technology, which will allow measuring and controlling the factors that influence and determine the quality of honey both in beekeeping production and during processing, packaging and storage in the plant.
