This special honey of Mediterranean origin is predominantly found in the Iberian mountains. Amber in colour. It has a lasting floral aroma with a touch of caramel. Our thyme honey is ecologically produced by our bees from the Mediterranean wild thyme flower which can be found in abundance in the Natural Parks of the Iberian Peninsula.
