A pale amber colour, to begin with you can sense a subtle, lavender aroma along with a scent of citrus. A smooth and silky texture with a hint of natural sourness. Fine, Mediterranean herbs can also be detected. In the past, lavender honey was used extensively for curing insect bites and burns; because of its regenerative property it is one of the best soothers.
